Disgusting & a Scam

If you or anyone you know goes to Center For Emotional Health, I'd suggest you change as quick as possible. Here's the back story: I've been a client of this place for over four years now. Over the past four years, I've almost never been able to reach their office, left without my psychiatric medicine which has caused me to go into withdrawal, and put on medicines which weren't supposed to be combined which caused me to hallucinate and become suicidal. The only reason I continued to come there was because it has the only psychiatrist in my area. When I went to my appointment on June 13th, I arrived at 4:20. My appointment was at 4:15 but the doors were locked and no one would answer when I knocked. I wasn't considered late either, because they have a 7-minute late policy. After calling their office, being transferred to another locations, and then being told it was closed, we left. Today I was told that I had to pay a "no show" fee of nearly $80, on top of the bill for today. We simply did not have the money on us to pay for that, and it wasn't our fault the office was closed when we came. I was also told that since I cannot pay the fee, the psychiatrist is "refusing" (their words) to refill any of my medications or even see me. I told them I cannot go without my medications because its known to be dangerous and damaging. The manager simply shrugged. And we had to leave. I'm not sure what kind of sick service this is that's being offered, but now I am refused psychiatric medication and service. What kind of place is this?

Something's wrong

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I've been going to this practice for two years now, and even then it's only because my medical insurance covers them and it is difficult to find a place in a different practice. I've never had a genuinely good experience with this practice. I've never had the same doctor for more than two visit. The patients clearly don't matter to the few remaining doctors, as the visits are only 2-6 minutes long and usually over Skype. One doctor informed me that my medication dosage should be increased at which point I had to inform them that I was already on the highest dosage available and that it was already too high for my height and weight. Another joked casually about prescribing herself a medication I'm on as a weight loss supplement because I mentioned that it helped curb my anxiety-medication cravings. The nurses aren't much better. The past few times they've been unable to measure my blood pressure and also insisted on my taking a drug test despite me being on my period and also not taking any stimulant or narcotic medication, meaning the drug test was entirely unnecessary. They're often rude or disinterested when I attempt to schedule a new appointment. When I ask for a paper receipt for my insurance, they generally don't comply at all.

Jonathan, you can't *** with your patients. It is time for you to take responsibility for the damage you have caused to the women that trusted you. You cannot blame anyone other than yourself. The evidence is there to prove the accusations many have made about your inappropriate behavior. I do not feel sorry for you. I feel sorry for Lisa and your children. I hope you get the help you need so you cannot destroy the lives of any other person ever again. What a sad and unbelievable situation you've created for so many innocent people.

RUINED MY LIFE

I was referred to this doctor by someone who has held high standard in this community of Charlotte, N.C. What skeletons they must hide behind their closet because this experience I had with the office in Monroe/ Matthews area was terrible. I was introduced with a Psychologist who I very much liked. After 2 visits, they left the company to move onto what I imagine to be a better environment for several reasons; some of which I will list. After they left, I decided to try an alternate route and see a Psychiatrist to try and self medicate instead of self meditate. Apparently I have major anxiety and depression, and I don't doubt that their diagnosis was wrong. What was wrong was to assign me to a different doctor, literally, every single visit I had for almost a year. I know for a fact that within that time, it wasn't just due to scheduling. People were leaving this establishment for reasons unknown, yet considered. The second to last month I was there, I submitted a drug test which I was not verbally warned about, nor to this day do I care to know if I signed off for. They tried to charge me over $400.00 for this drug test, and luckily my insurance caught this despicable act and made them charge less. Apparently I failed the drug test, for THC, and was not informed about this until my next appointment to where they had another lined up and ready for me. I failed for THC again, but what they didn't take into account was they had already prescribed a narcotic to a ex-addict. I had seen 6 different doctors at that point already so I guess one note got scratched that I shouldn't be prescribed the medication they did indeed prescribe me to. What they prescribed me has been way more lethal on me, my family life, my entire existence than THC ever could. They told me I was cut off completely from what they had prescribed which I need so bad I could be hospitalized. They gave me no alternative, no reference to a substance abuse clinic, no alternate doctor, nothing. They just told me to go to the hospital, that they were in the process of "cleaning up their act." What does that mean? That they were shady? Just giving people bait like a fish on a hook until the bait made their boat smell bad so they throw these people out with no direction? I think that you people are fowl in the fact that by trying to abide by new laws that have been placed in N.C., you didn't want your establishment to be shut down; so cut the tie on all the people you put on narcotics. Smart, I give you this. Inhumane, I also give you this. I'm real messed up from what they put me on... I have a new family and new life and now I feel I'm where I started; the place where I was seeking help.

^ being in recovery myself i fully educate myself about any medication i may take. we are all responsible for what we choose to put in our bodies.

given that we cannot blame doctors for prescribing a narcotic.

We have to choose not to take it and possibly find another doctor. So do you mean to say you had no idea that the medication was a narcotic?!

Can you please help me Not have to be specific if too personal What drug class of narcotic or any information so I can see I think my situation was same situation I am no longer able to get help I need to know Scared

Current employee

No shame at all that I'm posting this. I work with a fantastic group of people, and we have the satisfied patients to back it up as well. 95% of these reviews are from former employees, and it seems as if they have all teamed up to create a this fake story on investigators and undercover employees... LOL really? Jokes on you. What medical board is going to investigate these so called "affairs" and investigate how much employees make hourly? Nothing on here has been a legitimate thing for the NC Medical Board to take a SECOND out of their time to investigate when they have real issues to tend to from actual patients not past employees who probably couldn't get unemployment. Ever thought that maybe once all of you lousy employees got fired, or quit, the place automatically got better? Well it has. No office is perfect, but when you remove the negativity and replace it with hard working staff, it's easy to improve. Now, if the medical board ever contacts me or any other current staff member regarding an "investigation", I will gladly eat my words but considering no one has been contacted, I consider this all a load of *** from previous employees who are clearly pissed and bitter that they were let go. However, if they were still employed, I bet there would hardly be any reviews on this page. Sorry people, nice try but go find a new job and try to not screw it up next time.

They would take seriously a report or reports of a doctor who is a sexual predictor that takes advantage of his patients. I think the Medical Board would be very interested in knowing he was sleeping with patients while they were still under his care and prescribing them anti-depressant medications.

I think they would definitely take it seriously that the same patient's insurance was being billed for those "treatment" sessions.

Sorry to take away your "disgruntled employee" alibi. In return, however; I can provide details, emails, pics and texts from a patient that clearly was violated in numerous ways by her treating physician.

IF YOU HAVE SUCH 'VALID ALLEGATIONS' AND 'DAMNING ACCUSATIONS'??

I will be filing a complaint with the aid of my current physician. Jonathon texted me the night I posted my comments trying to explain away the accusations of those who had posted on this site.

Two nights before that he messaged me and had asked if I wanted him "to come over". That should sound familiar to those who saw their "private emails" to each other.

Not only was there an inappropriate relationship between us, there was insurance fraud and a huge HIPAA violation. I considered filing a complaint before but was scared and ashamed by the part I had played in the whole sick and twist "relationship".

I requested my medical records many times and so did my new doctor. Jonathon would call me or text me each time trying to convince me I didn't need treatment for anything and that he loved me. I finally called the office and asked why my records had not been released. His mother told me in her usual nasty tone that they had been sent two days before.

I said they had not been received and she simply hung up on me. "Mysteriously", I got a text from Jonathon telling me my medical records were in my mailbox. He had placed them in an envelope and put them in the box the night before. MY PERSONAL HISTORY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MEDICAL RECORDS WERE IN MY MAILBOX FOR ANYONE TO PICK UP!!!

He begged for me to meet him and cried asking me not to hurt his career. He again confessed his love and told me he had even contemplated suicide. I was ***, scared and thought I was "in love". I could go on and on with the details and sick twisted events that have continued to occur through the years..

He knows that I can give dates, times and places to prove he has continued to manipulate me. They can ALL be verified.

The reason I have not followed through with an official complaint is simple...fear and shame. Yes, I was threatened by both his mother and Jonathon.

But stumbling across this site has changed everything. I realize now just what a psycho manipulator he is and continues to be.

Also, if you happen to be the often mentioned Lindsey, as I was reading the complaints on this forum, I suddenly realized exactly who you are and when you started sleeping with Jonathon. I discovered you on his yahoo contacts YEARS before he opened any "weight-loss management clinics" and was studying for an additional certification.

I believe you worked for a clinic he was contracted with and visited once or twice a week. At least, that's what he told me when I asked who you were. I reminded him of that last night during our text conversation. Lindsey you have been used, lied to and manipulated for years, just like me and probably countless others.

I can understand how and why you would feel the need to deny everyone's accusations and protect him. He is really good at what he does. I will not put out any other personal details that I know about you and your "relationship" with Jon. You are a victim too.

If this is Colleen, Jonathon told me about what happened in Ohio when you were fired from your job and the accusations that were made against you.

I could go on and on about what I know about you as well through your son.

But, I will take the high road even though I know you NEVER would. I mean after all you do have 4 grandchildren even if 3 live out of state.

FYI-IMPLORED

If you have even a slight bit of intelligence, Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL before you make anymore threats.I suggest you read about what laws you have already broken....federal and state!

If you observe or are the victim of what you consider to be online threats , you should report the matter to one of two FEDERAL AGENCIES:

F.B.I.: Investigates and works with the Department of Justice to prosecute threats against government officials and citizens. The F.B.I.

has established an Internet crime reporting page here. Or, you can contact your nearest F.B.I. field office here, or call the DC headquarters at (202) 324-****.

The federal laws covering cyber-threats, and cyber-stalking

There are four primary federal laws that pertain to the troublesome types of "comments": 1)Threatening the president, vice-president, or other protectee of the U.S. Secret Service 2)Threatening another person, or his property or reputation Examples: "Have you taken those photos of the kids as I recommended?

Because the last day that you see them is close to hand" (1, 2; more); "Get ready for a visit... that's a promise" (here; more). It may also take the form of a threat against a group: "I'm targeting all Jews in my area, and when they get it they will never know what hit them" (here; more). This may also take the form of extortion: that unless the victim does something, or stops doing something, harm will come to her, her children, her property, or her reputation.

We presume it also takes the form of indirect threats such as, "We also know you have a dog you love very much... you are warned." (from archives; coming.) 3)Threatening or harassing another person while hiding behind a fictitious identity --- or knowingly allowing one's website to be used for this purpose 4)Soliciting others to commit a crime of violence Examples: "Won't someone please kill xxxx?"; "Someone really needs to kill xxxx. I'll post his address. Want his pictures, too?

I'd hate to have to give them out, but..." (from archives; coming.) Interestingly, as you'll see below, the courts have determined that it doesn't matter if a person has the ability or intent to actually carry out the threat he/she posts; prosecutors only need to prove to a jury's satisfaction that the statement is a threat, and that a reasonable person would view it as such. VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND IMPLORED The legal definition of a "threat" There are four general criteria that the courts and law enforcement personnel use to define a statement as a cyber-threat: (1) Would the person to whom the statement was directed reasonably feel threatened? (2) Was the statement clearly directed against a specific individual, or individuals? (3) Could the statement be viewed by a reasonable person as being part of a free exchange of ideas and opinions (all of which are protected by our First Amendment)?

(4) Does the greater context in which the statement was made support the contention that it is a threat? Also, according to numerous court decisions (this example is below), the government DOES NOT need to prove that the person issuing the threat had either the means or intention to carry it out: To prove a violation of § 875(c), "The government must establish that the defendant intended to transmit the interstate communication and that the communication contained a true threat." United States v. Darby, 37 F.3d 1059, 1066 (4th Cir. 1994).

The government need not show that the speaker actually intended to carry out the threat. Darby, 37 F.3d at 1064 n.3 (a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) is not a specific intent crime and "the government need not prove intent (or ability) to carry out the threat"). In [*5] determining whether the communication contains a true threat, the communication must be viewed in the context in which it is received.

ON TOP OF THE FEDERAL CHARGES THERE ARE ALSO NC STATE CHARGES N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-196.3.

Cyberstalking. (2000) (a) The following definitions apply in this section: (1) Electronic communication. -- Any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or intelligence of any nature, transmitted in whole or in part by a wire, radio, computer, electromagnetic, photoelectric, or photo-optical system. (2) Electronic mail.

-- The transmission of information or communication by the use of the Internet, a computer, a facsimile machine, a pager, a cellular telephone, a video recorder, or other electronic means sent to a person identified by a unique address or address number and received by that person. (b) It is unlawful for a person to: (1) Use in electronic mail or electronic communication any words or language threatening to inflict harm to any person or to that person's child, sibling, spouse, or dependent, or physical injury to the property of any person, or for the purpose of extorting money or other things of value from any person.

(2) Electronically mail or electronically communicate to another , whether or not conversation ensues, for the purpose of abusing, annoying, threatening, terrifying, harassing, or embarrassing any person. (3) Electronically mail or electronically communicate to another and to knowingly make any false statement concerning death, injury, illness, disfigurement, indecent conduct, or criminal conduct of the person electronically mailed (4) Knowingly permit an electronic communication device under the person's control to be used for any purpose prohibited by this section

Outlook Behavioral Health - Personal Information Review from Doylestown, Pennsylvania

I am not a former employee of this doctor. I am a former patient. I came to him during a very hard time in my life. He took advantage of the personal information he was privy to inorder to prey on me. I received d*@k pics and sexual texts and emails. Eventually, we ended up having a sexual relationship while I remained his patient and he prescribed me medication. It really destroyed my life. I was eventually strong enough to seek help from a true medical professional. "They" were disgusted and enraged by what had occurred during my treatment. Those who are in need of help with real issues STAY AWAY!!!....Believe me, the medical board does investigate sexually inappropriate relations between a patient and doctor.

The same thing happened to me. I know what's going on after receiving a call about his behavior.

We should talk. I'm terrified of what he could do to my family if he knew I confirmed the behavior you're describing.

Please report this man! There are others out there who have been through this and a class action law suit needs to be filed! Please find it in your heart to be BTAVE so that no one else will EVER have to go through what you went through!

As a potential patient that was searching for a provider, I decided to research doctors in my area that accepted my insurance. I am shocked to see the many disturbing posts regarding this physician.

I personally would have given Outlook the benefit of the doubt when it comes to many of the posts originating from disgruntled employees. I could care less you a Dr choose to share his private life with. What I find important is how well he practices his profession. However, the threats that are being made towards the original poster of this complaint has done nothing but substantiate her claims and prove that this practice is anything but professional.

Why would there be a need to feel as if she needs to be silenced through intimidation if she was simply an angry former employee or lying? I now feel as if I have a duty to protect this young woman and any clients who do not have the for thought to research their medical providers. I will be making the necessary calls to the medical board to make them aware of the accusations being levied against this practice through this website. It needs to be brought to their attention ASAP.

This is more imperative now that a woman claiming to be a former patient is being threatened. It doesn't take much to logically deduce the attempted intimidation is originating from someone closely tied to this practice. I would implore that any other consumers who stumble across these complaints regarding this provider and the fear they are trying to impose on young woman who has simply shared her story (true or not) send an email or place a phone call to the NC Medical Board. If you are a former patient don't be scared to speak out.

Please understand that if you are threaten there are actions that can be taken. Also, take heart in knowing every threat that is made on this forum is affirmation to the public that you speak the truth. If fear keeps you silent, I want you to know that I will be your voice.

The number for the NC Medical Board is 1-80*-***-**** and the email address is complaints@***.org. If you decide to send them an email the website states they will acknowledge all complaints within two weeks.

I am confused

I have read all of the "complaints" on here and really have yet to figure out what EXACTLY the problems are with this place? All of the complaints seem like they may be disgruntled employees and are written in a very cryptic way so that the public wouldn't understand. If you are going to write a complaint on here-say exactly what you are complaining about! The potential patients that read the reviews need to really know the truth. I see where people say they are being investigated-for what? Before I come to this place, I would really like to know why to choose them or if I should take my money else where. Someone please elaborate!

You requested exact complaint? I took a 500 question computerized test and upon repeated requests I have never received results from the test.

I was dismissed as a patient. Legal or not? I'm finding out and filing my own legitimate complaints against them with what I refer to as stoneclad evidence. I also tried to write Dr.

Stoudmire about his employees in there and my therapist, but my certified letter was rejected. Is that enough honesty for you?

Do you really have nothing else better to do than post negative reviews for your former work place? This isn't directed to the original poster but more towards the replies this has gotten.

You're so vague when mentioning the "NC Medical board" because face it, you haven't talked to anybody and you clearly are bitter about being a former employee. Believe it or not, there are thousands of satisfied patients and plenty employees who do their job correctly and efficiently, which is why they are still employed.

You obviously have nothing more to do than to read these and comment on them. YES I DID contact the Medical Board.

I HAVE REASON TO!!! Think back and you'll remember why. My complaint has to do with medical care.

I don't know what these others want or expect.

well i will say that i worked for dr. stoudmire (lindsey really) last year and it was interesting to say the least.

i enjoyed the office setting. there were a few things here and there that i knew were not supposed to happen however they were the type of thing that could be brushed aside because, what business doesnt have that? then one day we all came back from lunch with an email blast to the entire company from another employee with an LONG email all about how the dr had sexually come on to her. there was also a picture of his **** attached and let the record show, it was definitely his.

he wears man jewelry and that was in the picture.

the office did a good job of trying to intercept it from as many people as possible but it did get out. the most bizarre part of all of this wasnt her email (which was hilarious and weird), it was that the dr/lindsey never addressed anything. a fax was sent to all the offices saying if you had questions to call lindsey.

to me, it wasnt a big deal-he wasnt trying to *** with me so it really wasnt my business.

what was terrible was how they handled it.

also, this girl was 17 when he hired her. apparently the sexual stuff started as soon as she turned 18.

This is absolutely true. The jewelry was there.

No, it wasn't addressed. Everyone's email was blocked and a new one was set up.

Who knows how many framed pictures are hanging around His own step-daughter was one of the first ones to find it. That is what is sad......His wife and children at home while he plays doctor and nurse.

THE JEWELRY! well aren't you just miss NANCY GRACE INVESTIGATES OVER HERE, aren't ya?

It's clearly visible when sorting through which posts are from (specifically) attention deprived Southern housewives. With the fine southern charm school know how!! It's sweet ladies, really, you flatter me- and the rest of the Northern BOSS b****'s that would run you all out of the professional business world if we could.

No one that I know prior to moving to this state has ever had such the simple mindset (self esteem of 0 but pretend the opposite I might add) would have cared about '99.9%' of the things you people are crying about.

'Poor me!!!!! I saw a big bl**** d**** and NOBODY, NOT NO BODY, MOMMA, wanted to hold my hand or tell me it'll ALL BE ALRIGHT and not ONE boss persons told me I'd see the sunshine again!!!'

LOL. This *** is so hilarious. Ya live and ya learn, I've learned all of you Southern tricks are worth overlooking as people in general. The third day I was working at outlook a long time staff asked me if I thought the DR WAS CUTE. oh please, b***** you and your 10 year old white *** needs to come see what a real N***** b**** will do to you talking this much ***

AND THAT IS REAL TALK. I wish I was still working there just to see the head count of people who live to hate. Southern women need to bless their own gadahmmmm hearts!! HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH, YALL! Call me Dr S Or his Mom or Lindsey and I swear to GOD. Please, just do it see what happens next 'ANGELS'. Have a blessed day!

Positive Experience Review

Love Outlook Behavioral Healthcare. Everyone is professional including office and management. I am thinking a lot of people complaining must not have been doing their job. Sounds more like embarrassed workers not knowing how to do their job and needing to blame someone for being let go. Glad I didn't meet those employees. I am very happy with my services there . Thank you

Disgusting

Dr. Stoudmire didn't realize his email is on every tablet at each office...This is Dr. S and Lindsey the "Executive Director" of Outlook Behavioral Health and Infinity Medical Weight Loss. Lindsey - Do I need to post the rest? Or send to Dr. S wife? Or his kids? Or step kids? Or mom? Because there's more that will make you and everyone else DISGUSTED by both companies. If you have this info on paper you need to contact The NC Medical Board. They have already called several employees/past employees and are investigating several situations.

One especially being directed at sexual harassment accusations. Just google and you'll find where to send them.

HAHAHA! They're getting caught everyway they turn and reported too :)

Previous Employee.

Listen, y'all all need to get a life and get over this middle school BS.. I was an employee there for awhile, but I quit months ago. Some of what is stated on here is true, BUT...IT IS A JOB. If you do your work the way you're supposed to, nothing will happen! Honestly, who gives a *** what people do in their personal lives. I'm pretty sure everyone on this earth does something that God wouldn't approve of... Who are you to judge? Everywhere you work there is probably something shady going on in some way shape or form. Just shut up and do your job. If you aren't happy, then LEAVE. Honestly, what is keeping you there if all you do is complain? You need money? Okay great, THEY ARE PAYING YOU TO DO YOUR JOB. The most important thing is that the patients are getting the care they need from the correct people. If you have a serious MEDICAL complaint, and not a complaint about the Dr's personal life, then call the investigator who is in charge of this case. Don't waste their time by telling them about Dr. S's personal life... Again, who are you to judge? This business is about PATIENTS. & I've seen a lot of them get what they need.. As long as their therapist is there. Get over your bitterness, and move on with your life. If you're that serious about ruining someone's lives or their business, you need to reevaluate your life. If they didn't do any harm to you, or wrong you in any way, why waste your time? Some people are honestly just so nosy & aren't happy with themselves unless they are making someone else's lives miserable. Move on! Food for thought.

Do not waste your time here

If you are looking for a job or are offered a job here... RUN! The turn over rate for staff at Outlook is ridiculous and there IS a reason. I have never felt so unappreciated as an employee in my life. They are constantly changing "office policies" which are usually some unnecessary change to cover up a mistake of theirs or to make more money, and it is ALL about the money. If you truely care for your patients and how they are treated this place is not for you. The Last thing they worry about is patient care, its all about numbers and money. Also if you are young and pretty watch out because the doctor is always on the prowl, when Lindsey is not around that is. Honestly, watch out for him he is a sexual preditor and a discusting man who has no respect for women OR his marriage. If you are hired on dont believe a word they say, they will promise you full time work and/or in a select office, you never recieve full time hours and they will have you in different offices constantly. I could go on for days about the problems at this place but what it all boils down to is they have no respect or appreciation for their employees or patient, you are just another pretty face at the desk. If you are looking for employment with an office of "high moral standards" this place is the complete opposite. As for the therapists, I got the chance to work with some highly intelligent, amazing women who are well above working at Outlook and who will be missed greatly.

This operation is a snake pit of "billing/money" monkeyshines, pushing pills, scamming patients and insurance companies. Talk to The Momma.

Are you the Momma? Tell me ??

Absolutely true. Obviously, the person speaking is either Dr.

Stoudmire's mother or his mistress who runs the company. Little does she know (I should not even post this since it will give them more time to cover things up but whatever) is that there is an investigator calling every employee asking for information and telling them that if the case is discussed they will be prosecuted. There is obviously a huge investigation going on. They have even been calling patients.

Since I left, I have had this investigator call several times. They ask the specifics so they definitely have information already that they have looked into. They will not say their name only that they are from the NC medical board.

They ask about the weight loss drugs, over billing, credentials of those who give out meds, and the well being of the patients.

Guest

Let me put this lightly, Outlook Behavioral Health is a joke. Management is always trying to convince people otherwise on this forum.

Outlook will not be open for very long. You cannot run a business like these crooks do and be successful. NEVER except employment because it's all a lie, and be careful if you are a patient.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The therapists are great and need to find new offices to work at.

Guest

Absolutely true!!!

Guest

As a former employee as well this is 100% true. I am not disgruntle by any stretch of the imagination because I moved onto a great job.

They do not care about there employees and as for the patients? Well they just wanna overcharge your insurance. And the weight loss program? Go somewhere that is accredited.

Also another little warning.

Heather the regional manager,Lindsey and Colleen are very good at trying to cover up his mess and will probably go down with the ship. Please look somewhere else to get yourself or a family member the help the need because at the end of the day that's what is TRULY important.

I try to read these reviews with an open mind.

There has yet to be any consistency to any post regarding the negativity of this practice.

I am not a former patient, nor a former employee, however, I am privy to the patients treated at this facility quite frequently.

As far as feeling appreciated- sure, it's nice for positive feedback- but as far as I'm concerned in mental health the positive feedback should be from the patients and by their health progression.

From experience in this field, I've known when I have made a difference and it's through the patients not my employer. Putting forth your best intention, the standards you would want- for yourself or your family members, is all there is to it.

Only those who have shown blatant insecurity and/or present in healthcare for the wrong reasons on staff- need "appreciation". I have read through so many posts, and I have yet to change my process or opinion when referring to this practice. It's about the patients and their wellbeing, not you and your ego. OR the foolish rumors whispered through the staff.

For questions or concerns, I will be happy to provide my credentials to any seeking further detail in regards to the efficient aspects I have seen from those treated through this practice. As for the weight loss program, the successful health modifications I've seen patients present post enrollment are consistent as well.

Very often it seems patients have utilized both of these facilities.

As far as constistancy in the posts you are reading goes, we are all obviously different people who have had different experiences but the outcome always seems to be bad. There is your consistency, bad experience after bad experience.

In regards to foolish "rumors" spread between staff, if a certain executive director wasn't "working her *** off and giving him that *** 24/7" there would be no ''rumors'' spread. I'm not saying there is a problem with hard work and dedication, but if you are going to be doing some ''dirty work'' with that make sure the conversations regarding it are not so accessible to your employees. As far as my ''ego'' goes, it has nothing to do with an ego, just the simple fact of a little appreciation for your employees goes a long way. I completely agree you get that feeling from the patients, but you should not rely on the patients to do what you as an employer should take a little time to do yourself.

I'm not here to change anyone's mind about the practice just hear to voice my experience, I know I would have loved to read this information before EVER accepting a position there. I can't express the relief it is to no longer be employeed by such people and to finally be employeed with a respected, professional office.

Anyone thinking of accepting a position with this office or becoming a patient PLEASE rethink it. As far as your credentials go, no one is interested we all know who you are.

"There has yet to be any consistency to any post regarding the negativity of this practice." I am not here to argue with you but if you have read the posts below you will see that is a false statement. The reason why we addressed these post is to help our patients.

WE were the ones who had to consistently had to keep patients coming back and happy when upper management would tell us we would no longer accept this insurance or another. WE were the ones who sympathized with our patients and listen to there frustrations with the company. WE never asked once for a pat on the back even when it was deserved.

Yes, I would love to know your credentials because if you can't see all the negativity that is going on and are still refering patients there shame on you. YOU should be the one giving your patients better patient care.
